Service Description
In office, or the comfort of your own home, a guided experience for couples to reconnect, regulate, and deepen emotional intimacy through breath and presence. These sessions support co-regulation, communication, and creating safety within the relationship dynamic.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 breathwork session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Asia directly at 250-550-4302 as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting my time and the space reserved for your session.
