About Asia
Hi, I’m Asia ( pronounced Asha)— a Certified Breathwork facilitator, Registered Nurse, University Clinical Instructor, and proud mom of two adventurous girls. Whether we’re skiing through fresh powder, mountain biking, camping under the stars, or simply playing outside, movement and nature are essential parts of our everyday life.
My love for health and healing extends far beyond the outdoors. I’ve spent over a decade working as Registered Nurse, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most tender transitions, including medical assistance in dying (MAID). I also have the privilege of guiding the next generation of nurses through their clinical experiences as a University Instructor—work that continues to inspire and ground me.
Breathwork came into my life as a powerful tool for connection, healing, and regulation. It complements so much of what I value: presence, embodiment, and emotional clarity. Whether I’m cold plunging in the winter, lifting weights in my home gym, practicing yoga, or guiding a breathwork session, I believe in the power of conscious movement and stillness to bring us back to ourselves.
My goal is to offer a breathwork space that feels safe, nurturing, and transformative—no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you're seeking emotional release, stress relief, or deeper self-awareness, I’m here to support your journey with compassion, professionalism, and care.
