I first discovered the power of breathwork through short audio tracks. A simple practices that helped me reconnect to my body in the middle of busy or overwhelming days. But it took me a long time to find voices, music, and styles that actually felt safe and supportive. So often, I’d be pulled out of the experience by something that didn’t resonate, like voice, style or music. That’s part of what inspired me to create this library: a space where more people can find breathwork practices that feel nourishing, calming, and real.
