A 4-Week Breathwork & Nervous System Integration Journey

Illuminated & Wild is a 4-week immersive breathwork container designed to help you understand the emotional and nervous system cycles that keep you feeling stuck in patterns, and to give you the tools and experience to move through them with awareness, courage, and self-compassion. 

 

This is not only a breathwork series - this is a space where education, knowledge and lived experience meets embodiment and ceremony. 

 

Each 2-hour session includes: 

  • Foundational teachings on the nervous system and trauma 

  • Group discussion and shared reflections 

  • Guided breathwork aligned with the weekly theme 

  • Integration time to process insights and anchor change ​​

We are not only “feeling feelings” - We are learning how the body keeps the score and holds onto all the things we have pushed down and turned away from. 

We will learn how incomplete stress cycles get stored and how energy gets stuck. 
We will explore how fight, flight, freeze and fawn responses shape our behaviours.
We will unpack how shame often keeps this unsupportive loop alive within us; knowingly or unknowingly. 

Through awareness, release, and integration, this container is designed to create sustainable, lasting change instead of temporary emotional highs, or releases we aren’t sure how to integrate or navigate through alone. 

The goal is to leave you with both understanding and tools that will be supportive in your daily life, and to guide you through breathwork that will support you in releasing stuck energy and emotions in a safe way where you do not need to go into the old memories or stories. By the end of the 4 week container, you will feel more balanced, energetically lighter, grounded and embodied in your power and truth. 

The 4 Week Journey

​Weeks 1 & 2 

The Nervous System, Trauma & The Survival Cycle 

These first two weeks focus on understanding how trauma and chronic stress become stored in the body. 

We will explore: 

  • How incomplete stress cycles get stuck in the nervous system 

  • How fight or flight responses keep us looping in fear and reactivity 

  • Why awareness alone isn’t always enough to change behaviour 

  • How watching ourselves repeat patterns can create deep shame and guilt and how to shift that

  • Why shame actually perpetuates the survival cycle 

 

So many of us feel stuck and then feel ashamed for being stuck and judging ourselves with “ what’s wrong with me”. 

But when the nervous system is disregulated, it can feel nearly impossible to access choice. 

Through education and guided breathwork, we begin gently releasing stored survival energy from the body. 

We create awareness of where you are in the cycle and why. 

This is where the illumination begins. 

 

Weeks 3 & 4 

Self-Compassion, Self Love & Integration 

Once we understand the cycle, we shift into how we move through it differently. 

These weeks focus on: 

  • Developing self-compassion for the parts of you that learned to survive 

  • Reparenting and inner child work 

  • Forgiving the older version of yourself who coped the only way they knew how 

  • Moving from victimhood into empowered responsibility 

  • Learning to hold yourself through fear instead of abandoning yourself 

 

Experiencing how to honour what happened without staying stuck in it. 

Experiencing how to love the past version of yourself while choosing differently now. 

Breathwork during these weeks supports emotional processing, deeper release, and integration which helps you embody safety, courage, and self-trust from within. 

 

Why This Work Matters 

Understanding your nervous system changes everything. 

When you realize your reactions are not personal failures but survival responses, shame softens. 

When shame softens, the ability to see choice becomes possible. 

When choice becomes possible, sustainable change begins. 

This container is about: 

  • Lasting nervous system regulation 

  • Releasing stored trauma patterns 

  • Interrupting shame cycles 

  • Building internal safety 

  • Creating change that continues long after the 4 weeks end 

The breath becomes your anchor.
